Weekly lettings ordinarily run from Saturday to Saturday (special arrangements apply for the Christmas and New Year period). The property will be available on the first day of the let from 4pm. Visitors are to vacate the property by 10am on the final day of the let.

Short breaks are available during off peak periods (November through to Easter but excluding Christmas/New Year) and possibly within a few day's notice at other times. The charges for short breaks are based on a percentage of the normal (not discounted) weekly rate as follows:

Up to 3 nights 70% of the weekly rate
4-5 nights 80% of the weekly rate
6 nights 100% of the weekly rate

The Oban ferry to Mull often becomes fully booked for vehicles on crossings during the summer months and close to public holidays. Therefore, please ensure you book a return ferry crossing several weeks in advance if you are taking a holiday during these peak periods.
