Short breaks are available during off peak periods and possibly within a few day's notice at other times.

The charges for short breaks are based on a percentage of the normal weekly rate as follows:

Up to 3 nights 70% of the weekly rate
4-5 nights 80% of the weekly rate
6 nights 100% of the weekly rate
